Banksia Apartments, New Quay, VIC
Banksia Apartments is a prestigious 18 level residential building located in Melbourne’sinner city Docklands area. The apartment complex is conveniently located near bars,restaurants, galleries and sporting precincts. The building is a unique design inspired by the native Australian Banksia wildflower. It comprises 108 luxurious apartments, rooftop health club, pool, café and landscaping. The apartments have spacious designs with upmarket interior finishes and views of Victoria Harbour and the surrounding parklands.
Project Design Brief
Designers wanted a one way fall to the drain at the shower entrance. The drain needed to prevent water bypassing the door and compliment the upmarket tile finishes
